ABOUT ME

While therapy is really about YOU, here are some random pieces of information about me. I am originally from the Midwest. I have a B.S. in Leisure Studies from the University of Illinois and a M.S. in Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin, in addition to my Clinical Psychology degrees. I went to graduate school in Seattle, WA. I crossfit. I have three rescue dogs, Xena, Haley, and Oswald. Oswald is the newest edition to the pack. He aspires to be a therapy dog one day. Born without front legs, he is learning to adapt and make his vulnerability a strength.
